Alonzo Watts MSW, LCSW
Owner • CEO
Alonzo Watts, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work from Southern CT State University, specializing in community mental health, youth, and families. With over 22 years of experience, he has been a licensed therapist for 20 years. Alonzo began his career at the Children Center of Hamden working with at-risk youth, then joined Yale New Haven Health's department of psychiatry, treating adolescents and adults. In 2008, he established this private practice in Hamden, CT.
Alonzo is passionate about helping others navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their personal goals. His extensive background in mental health, combined with his compassionate and individualized approach to therapy, makes him a trusted and respected therapist among his clients. Alonzo is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals and their families can explore their challenges and develop effective strategies for overcoming life’s stressors. He additionally provided supervision to LMSW, interns and postgraduates.
When he is not working, Alonzo enjoys staying active through exercise and finds solace in participating in community events and attending church services. His commitment to his own well-being and personal growth reflects his dedication to helping others find balance and fulfillment in their lives.

Kenneth Armstrong is a Licensed Master of Social Work with thirty years of experience in human services. He holds degrees in Psychology and Social Work, and has worked in child protection, juvenile justice, substance use, and mental health recovery. He is dedicated to creating safe, compassionate environments that support positive changes.

Rochelle Bacote, LMSW
LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER
Rochelle, with over 18 years of experience as a Child Protective Services worker and years in residential treatment settings, specializes in trauma, behavioral challenges, and life transitions for children, adolescents, and families. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in human services and theology and a master’s in social work. Known for her calm, empowering presence, she focuses on resilience, relationships, and holistic healing.

Brandon Burke, LMSW
LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER
My name is Brandon Burke, and I have been with the practice since September of 2020. I got into this field initially as a clinical research assistant and my journey eventually led me to a career in clinical psychotherapy. I am a poet and writer in my spare time, a recreational tennis player and road biker when I have the opportunity, and not a stranger to traveling to various destinations.

Jirina Fargeorge, LMSW
LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER
Jirina, is a Licensed Master of Social Work in New Haven, Connecticut, earned her MSW from the University of Connecticut in 2024 and has nearly a decade of experience in social work. Passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and adolescents, Jirina specializes in life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship strengthening. Her client-centered, evidence-based approach emphasizes empathy, active listening, and personalized interventions.

Thurston Moore, LMSW
LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER
I specialize in anger management, men’s mentorship, chronic health support, and caregiving. Most of my work settings have included outpatient mental/addiction health, youth transitioning programs, and medical and psychiatric hospitals. I provide specialized care for men in ministry.
Fun Fact: Thurston is a huge Mets fan.

Bria is dedicated to helping others achieve balanced and fulfilling lives.

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Amolli Laing, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s from UConn (2017). She has nearly 10 years of experience as a medical and psychiatric social worker, specializing in anxiety, depression, mental disorders, substance use, and autism. Amolli has worked extensively in hospice, palliative care, and with older adults. She provides compassionate therapy for individuals, couples, families, and helps clients build healthy habits and boundaries
